Cherokee County School District offers comprehensive Special Education services to eligible students ages three through 21 years. Special Education is design for those students who are delayed mentally, socially, physically and/or emotionally and whose needs cannot be met within the traditional classroom environment. The Special Education department teachers are specially trained to teach in a way that accommodates the needs of students on an individual basis. This allows students to reach their full potential in a way that works the best for them.
