Graduation Information
Sequoyah High School will share all senior events, deadlines, and graduation information through our Canvas course Check N Connect, available to all seniors and their parent/guardian observers. We will no longer use Remind101, so it’s essential to stay connected through Canvas by:
Turning on Canvas app notifications, or logging in regularly to check announcements.
Class of 2026 Graduation Information Packet
This packet includes the Senior Exam Check Out Form and the Graduation Participation Agreement .
These forms MUST be returned to Student Services by Friday, April 24th.
The Senior Day RSVP and Post High School Survey are due by April 24th 2026.
Transcripts
All final transcripts will be uploaded to both GA Futures and Parchment by the end of June.
Sequoyah High School DOES NOT send transcripts.
Students must request their final transcript through one of the following sources:

The initial order deadline to guarantee the lowest price is December 1, 2025. After this date, prices will increase. All orders must be placed through ATL Grad.
To participate in Sequoyah’s graduation ceremony, seniors are required to wear the official Sequoyah graduation gown — black, with gold fabric on the shoulders and sleeves, featuring the Chief logo on the upper chest area below the shoulder, as pictured below.

Graduation Packages

Using a Previously Worn Gown (Class of 2021 or Newer)
- Seniors who already have a gown from a previous graduate will need to purchase a 2026 tassel and pay the diploma fee online here: https://atlgrad.com/product/diploma-cover-cherokee-county. If you also need a cap, you will need to contact ATL Grad directly at 404-615-7702.
Students not participating in the graduation ceremony
- Seniors not participating in the ceremony will need to pay the diploma fee online here: https://atlgrad.com/product/diploma-cover-cherokee-county.
